2016 - John Mierek of Sherrill, NY: 8-pointer taken Nov. 12 in Hamilton County 2016: Gary Askins of Lake Luzerne with a 160-pound, 9-pointer taken on Nov. 24 (Thanksgiving Day) in Warren County 2017: Patty Ladd of Kingsbury with her first deer, a fine spike horn taken Dec. 3 (the last day of rifle season) while hunting with the Iron Sight Gang in Warren County. 2017: Mike Yaw and daughter Tierny of Ticonderoga teamed up to take their first deer together, a 150-pound, 5-pointer taken Nov. 9 in Essex County. 2019: Matthew Kane of Ticonderoga, NY. 8-pointer taken Nov. 7 in Arietta, NY. 2019: Mark Burdick and his first 200-pound buck; a 9-pointer taken Nov. 8 in northern Oneida County. 2022: Jeremy Coons shot this 7-pointer at the Windy Ridge Club in Hogtown on Nov. 14. William G. Stewart of Greenfield Center took this monstor on Nov. 21 in Saratoga County 2013: Justin Hayes, 7-pointer, 185-pounds, Saratoga County Not an Adirondack buck, but a fine one from a young hunter.
